Overview of Magnum Parameters

This page describes in more detail the parameters used to tune the performance of Magnum. Parameters are stored in an ASCII text configuration file. Select parameters from the menu on the right to see descriptions and usage examples. At the bottom of the menu are deprecated parameters that no longer work with the current version of Magnum. Their documentation is preserved for reference only.

To auto-generate a default configuration file with Magnum, simply type the following on the command line:

$ magnum --config
